From 23rd to 27th January, the project team presented the reinforced project strategy and organizational structure to government representatives from the Ministries of EU Integration in North Macedonia, Kosovo*, Albania and other key stakeholders.

During the productive meetings, the project team addressed the  ongoing requirements, exploring UNOPS support and discussed expert deployment strategies. 

The field missions also allowed for coordination with similar projects in the three countries, with the aim of ensuring complementarity in activity results and future plans.
