Kosovo has introduced a new digital module to strengthen how the government monitors and reports on its Reform Agenda under the EU Growth Facility. Developed under the leadership of the Office of the Prime Minister and supported by UNOPS through the Knowledge for Reform Action (K4R) project, the tool is part of the government’s existing online monitoring platform.
The module creates a single space where sectorial progress can be reported clearly and efficiently across institutions. The digital platform also integrates dedicated sections for horizontal reporting, enabling institutions to capture, verify, and consolidate all necessary information in a structured and consistent manner.
Through this system, updates can be submitted digitally, information can be reviewed more efficiently, and approvals can be completed without delays. Once all steps are finalized, the platform automatically generates a reform fiche that brings together all contributions and approvals in a clear, consolidated document.
This upgrade improves coordination, increases transparency, and supports more effective tracking of reforms linked to Kosovo’s EU integration efforts. The new module plays a key role in ensuring that the reform process is structured, efficient, and accountable, thus benefiting officials and institutions.
